Dr. Farah Siddiqui grew up in Alabama, where she pursued her undergraduate studies at the University of Alabama in Birmingham and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science degree in Honors Psychology.  During that time, she conducted research that examined the correlation between certain eye movements and psychological disorders. 
 
Dr. Siddiqui obtained her Doctorate of Optometry degree from the University of Alabama in Birmingham School of Optometry, where she gained extensive experience in ocular disease, pediatric vision care, low vision rehabilitation, specialty contact lenses, and primary eye care.  She provides care for patients with cataracts, dry eye, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and other eye conditions caused by systemic diseases.  She has interned at the VA Hospital in Tuscaloosa, Alabama as well as Georgia Eye Partners, a multi-specialty ophthalmology practice.  During her optometric training, Dr. Siddiqui provided numerous vision exams to underserved areas and volunteered her time to conduct vision screenings at local churches.
 
Dr. Siddiqui is certified by the State Board of Examiners in Optometry to treat and manage ocular diseases and is a member of the Georgia Optometric Association as well as the American Optometric Association.  During her free time, she enjoys tennis, painting, and spending time with her husband and daughters.
